About Indiana Unmanned Aircraft Systems
Indiana Unmanned Aircraft Systems, a Muncie, Indiana based aerospace company, develops small unmanned aircraft that carry visual and near-infrared cameras used for precision agriculture image capture and analysis. Our platform and sensors are able to achieve spatial resolution on the order of sub-meter and less with a higher spectral resolution than available by satellites. The company’s core product, the Im VII, is an all-wing aircraft with a wingspan of just under seven feet integrated to near infrared and hyper spectral cameras. Because the Im VII can fly directly over the target field and below cloud cover, the company pilots are able to capture higher quality images at a higher revisit frequency.
The company is based at the high-tech facilities at the Innovation Connector in Muncie, Indiana.
